Answer to question 1 You need to have access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address. You also need to have your current paper bill. We will ask for the account number and the password that you will use. Then, continue to follow the sign-up instructions on the screen to complete your enrollment.

Answer to question 2 VIYA is currently providing the e-billing Service at no additional cost to our customers.

Answer to question 3 As long as your telephone numbers are associated with one account number, you will have the ability to view the activity of each line on a monthly basis.

Answer to questions 4 Yes, just call our customer service number at 340.779.9999 and one of our agents will assist you.

Answer to question 5 ACH is the Automated Clearing House network and is a process to electronically transfer funds between financial institutions.

Answer to question 6 Yes. We accept, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Answer to question 7 VIYA currently offers this service to you without any charges, but we recommend that you contact your bank to find out if they will charge a fee for this service.

Answer to question 8 Yes. VIYA will charge your account a fee of $25.00 per returned transactions.

Answer to question 9 Yes. You need to submit a payment amount authorizing VIYA to debit your bank account or process your charge account authorization on a monthly basis.

Answer to question 10 Just fill out forget password form and submit, you will receive your password by e-mail very shortly.

Answer to question 11 You will receive an e-mail notification that a new bill is available for viewing and payment.

Answer to question 12 Yes, initially you will continue to receive a paper bill.

Answer to question 13 No. The transaction cannot be canceled online.

Answer to question 14 Usually, the next business day, your account will be updated with your payment.
